Chauncey Malone is the Founder and Owner of Malone Management, a planning and representation firm serving athletes, entrepreneurs, and families navigating important business and life decisions.
With nearly two decades of experience across legal, corporate, and financial services environments, Chauncey brings a disciplined, risk-aware perspective shaped by senior leadership roles, global financial-services compliance work, and years of advising businesses and individuals on complex matters. His background includes work with organizations such as Labcorp Drug Development, U.S. Bank, and Citi, as well as private practice serving corporate, nonprofit, and individual clients.
In addition to his work at Malone Management, Chauncey serves as Chief Legal Officer of Stoneford Creative LLC, advising executive leadership on governance, contracts, compliance, and enterprise risk.
Chauncey is known for his relationship-driven, education-focused approach—helping clients align opportunity with long-term protection, particularly for athletes and families managing early or generational wealth.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
